Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Rice
- Romaine lettuce
- Cabot cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, and garlic.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place rice in a large bowl. Add shrimp mixture and toss to combine. Add lettuce.
- Tope with avocado and cheddar cheese.
