Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl then stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes then drop by teaspoon-fuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes.
