Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup oats, old fashion
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Cream together sugars and butter with a mixer. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Slowly add in flour mixture. Stir in oats and coconut. Add in chocolate chips.
- Shape to form 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart and bake 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden.
