Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Taste, and add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.
