Buffalo Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 6 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Taste, and add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.
