- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray 2 large nonstick baking trays with cooking spray.
