- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1 mango, julienned
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopper
- Salt & pepper
- Combine olive oil, lime, 3/4 teaspoon of the salt and pepper. Toss with the cabbage, red onion, mango and cilantro.
