Loaded Turkey Chili Baked Sweet Potato



  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey chili
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or scallions
  • Greek yogurt for topping


  1. Bake potatoes for 45 minutes at 400°F.
  2. Split the potato in half lengthwise down the middle then remove the top of each potato.
  3. Top with ¼ cup shredded cheese, ¼ cup of turkey chili, and 1 teaspoon of chives.
  4. Top with Greek yogurt.
