- 1 avocado – pitted flesh scooped out
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ jalapeño, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Start out with ripe avocado, cut in half and remove the center pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a food processor.
- Add the Greek yogurt and jalapeño.
- Sprinkle with salt and squeeze in the lime.
- Pules a few times and serve.
