Avocado Crema

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado – pitted flesh scooped out
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ jalapeño, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Start out with ripe avocado, cut in half and remove the center pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a food processor.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and jalapeño.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and squeeze in the lime.
  5. Pules a few times and serve.
