- 2 ramen noodle bricks
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Optional: Sesame seeds and vegetables
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Prepare the ramen noodles al dente in accordance with package directions. Once the noodles are cooked, add them to a pan with the sauce. Leave to simmer over medium heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and vegetables.
